No, not my art. Curious? Read on!
Over the years I have always appreciated art. However, I was never an artist - writing was my forte. But I've always longed to see my characters made visual. After my discovery of deviantART, I found various people offering commission work.
Well. You obviously can see what happened from then on.
I decided, a few months ago, to send a photo of myself to a very capable artist over at deviartART. Done by soap-committee, the result was amazing, although I believe she made me prettier than I really am 
I asked for a very gadget-y theme, as I am a total geek. I gleefully own my own psp and DS (both lite), my wonderfully wicked mobile, ipods and the like. And dear God, if that PSP halter exists I am SO going to buy one. Cause it's so leet :lol: And look! Ipod kitty! 
Dress-wise, she's got me pretty much dead on 
Jeans and heeled boots are pure luff. Not to mention that sort of neckline. Love 'em, while my mom hates 'em. I'm pretty much wearing them till the day she gives up :lol:
Personas
I've gone through a few online personas in the past years. In a way, each of them reflects the type of person I was in that particular moment.
I'm not saying I'm proud of who I was then. But in order to better oneself, we should accept the people we were because that's what made us, us.
Pyratic Tiger
Pyratic Tiger was the very first of my online handles. At the time I was overseas and there was a whole heap of crap I had to swim through. Dealing with a lot of family and relationship problems, I was a very introverted person.
Like the tiger I enjoyed my solitude, and I was very quick to lash out if I felt someone was getting too personal with me. I held everyone at arms length, even my own friends.
The one to the left is done by ArtPurpleCat while the one to the right was done by Liea, both of who are amazing artists.
Mental Vixen
My new online handle. Yup, I've evolved from the tiger into a fox. And erm, I'm not too sure why Ok, I lie. I was working at my last attachment place, and one of the outsourced programmers was teasing me about how the only reason I could enter this one meeting was only if I wore a bikini *laughs* No, not in condesending way. He was just being really sweet, and he told me I was essentially a "Vixen". It then pretty much grew on me after that.
Plus... the mental bit says it all, really.

Original Characters
Throughout the many characters I've come up with, these precious few have really stood out for me. They continuously keep popping up, albeit through many different names. Their personalities have been worked over, over and over again, so I thought they really should get their own artwork.
